"Thank you very much. That is excellent service in a time when customer service is non existent in most companies. I will look forward to doing more business with you in the future"

After researching this headset, the Jabra JX10 before this one, I am at a loss in finding the perfect bluetooth headset. I was generally excited at getting this headset, but once paired with my Treo 700p, I am disappointed once again.
For starters, the volume on this puppy is great. It's loud, yes loud enough to hear, and the people on the other end hear you loud and clear as well. It's simple to use which I like, and is missing (YES, MISSING) DSP, which I also like as well because you get the full volume out of an earpiece in my opinion.
What's missing I think are two very important factors. #1, the bluetooth connectivity is severely lacking. After pairing, I have found that it somehow loses the headset from time to time, making you have to remove and repair-a very big pain. Another feature missing, which is rather important in my book is autolink. Yes it says its supposed to have it, but not the case. I found myself having to hit the answer button on the headset to answer calls and to connect to the headset otherwise. Another pain. And last but not least, it needs a flexible ear loop. The one on the headset is stiff, digs into the back of your ear (at least mine anyway), and is bulky.
After all this is said and done, I have now been using a wired headset, which I am realizing is the only answer to hands free calling.
