Has the neck cord to wear head set around your neck, without worrying about losing it.
Cons:
I have had to replace the ear hook (rubber piece) twice because it would break.
I really loved the headset. The only downfall was the earhook just after the rubber curvature, would break and cannot can be repaired so I would have to replace the entire earhook, not the headset. Also, when I went to replace it, I was told that the headset at Sprint was "discontinued". So I had to replace my entire headset with another headset that I dont really care for because I have to pair with the phone every time I turn on the headset. So thank God that I can order the HBH608 here on TreoCentral!

Difficult to place speaker over ear, limited button ineraction with 650
I bought this because of its small size, but I am constantly challenged by not being able to position it correctly to optimize sound. If the speaker is not over your ear, the sound quality is difficult to hear. The single button will answer and end calls, but will not redial or control the Treo in any other way.
