"Thank you very much. That is excellent service in a time when customer service is non existent in most companies. I will look forward to doing more business with you in the future"

Even when skinned, the fit in the holster is very loose.
Even with the slight extra thickness added to the phone by the skin, it is still too lose inside the holster. The phone can and does fall backwards straight out of the holster when it's oriented vertically. I think I am better off with a pouch-style holster. I've had this one for two days, and I am ready to send it back.
Poorly Made

Pros:
The skin was ok. A little loose fitting but OK.
Cons:
Holster poorly designed, cheaply made.
Not worth the money. Poorly Made. The holster laster for two weeks. The skin Im still using. After 6 months it is still in good shape.
Poor quality holster, good skin case.

Pros:
Skin case fits very well and is made of high quality material.
Cons:
Holster belt clip ratchet lasted 3 weeks, pins coming undone in springs.
First the bad. The ratchet or indentations for the belt clip that holds the phones position in place progressively got weaker until after 3 weeks of use the phone now spins freely. In addition a pin holding the top retaining spring in place is coming out the side. Finally, the case will engage the phone buttons when going in and out of the case, forcing you to use the keyguard if you don't want to inadvertently make a call.
The good. The skin is well made and fits the treo with precision.
The bottomm line is the skin case is good, but until they make the holster more robust, you may want to shop elsewhere for a holster.
Clip too weak

I was afraid to even use this holster because the clip is so flimsy, so I havent. The skin is fine.
No protection

If your not concerned about protection
The case does not protect the keyboard or screen. Some people dislike using the touchscreen with a cover. I have had a cover for the screen and keyboard on all my Treo's. They all look new and perfect. No scratches or discoloration. This offers no actual protection except that it recesses the surface.
