The case is not very durable

Scratches underside of phone, Not durable
The case at first seemed to be perfect. However, after a few weeks of sliding the phone in & out of the case, I noticed a few scratches on the back of the phone. The last straw was when after placing the case in my gym bag on top of my clothes for less than 30 minutes the clamps on the side of the case came apart. Not worth $40 bucks at all.
My first impression was strongly positive.

Phone falls out of the case.
The case looks great and looks very secure. AFter living with it for a few days, you realize that there is no protection for the top of the phone. Finally, I stood up from sitting only to have my brand new phone fall out of the top of the case and land unprotected on the asphalt, while the case remained securely clipped to my belt. Now I am in the market for a case that offers better protection, even if it does not look quite as good. Does anyone have any suggestions for me.
Dont drop this case with the phone in it

This case looks good and does hold the phone so you can use it while, in the case. However, if you happen to drop the phone while in the case on a hard surface the whole thing comes apart and to get it back together you have to reglue it. Then it doesnt last long at all. I had to quit using it for fear of losing the phone while, it was on my belt.
