If it hit the ground its coming apart and you phone is on the ground. So what good is the case if it want protect the phone
Great for the $$. Could use a few small improvements.

The Good: Screen flip-shield is the main selling point. Looks good. Protects from scratches. Easy to unclasp and put back together.
The Bad: Would prefer the smooth back of the crystalcase (reducing some of the bulk). Dust finds its way under the case over time.
The Ugly: I baby my Treo but it's dropped twice from friends mishandling it. Both times the case broke apart and my Treo suffered a few minor nicks. Would've been much worse without the case...then again, would've been better if the case hadn't fallen apart.
Conclusion: Great case for the $$. The flip-shield is my favorite feature (why can't they put it on the crystalcase?!). Protects the Treo well enough from everyday scratches and minor falls...but could be better.

Pros:
Small case, variety of colors
Cons:
Meant for the Treo 650
Easy to access plastic case keeps the Treo scratch free. Removable screen cover adds extra protection. Very sturdy case and easy to remove Treo from case.
However, the case is specifically made for the Treo 650, leaving some extra space on the bottom corners where the Treo 700 series was trimmed down. Also, screen cover doesn't really latch tight with the 700 series. Expansion card slot on back is kinda hard to access, belt clip requires screw-on peg (included) in order to use. No reset hole without removing unit from case.
Case that actually SCRATCHES phone

Pros:
Protects phone from blows while in pocket.
Cons:
Screen "protector" damages phones finish.
This case has been good except for two problems:
1. The screen protector part of the case actually scratches the silver finish off of the phone.
2. It builds up a lot of dust quickly.

doesn't close tightly - flip lid doesn't latch
Sent one back initially b/c thought it was deformed. Second one didn't work either and in fact broke apart mid-stride while walking to my car.
I sent it back and got a different one (the rubberized one with flip lid...)
