Great case!
User: Chris P, Sep 24, 2007
Ive had this case on my Treo 700p for close to a year now and have never regretted buying it. Its very form fitting and I have access to everything I need on a daily basis. The only thing is that I have to unsnap the top flap to beam info or to insert or remove an SD card. However, I dont find that to be a disadvantage because it keeps the SD card from accidentally coming out. I have popped it more than once without meaning to and the flap kept me from losing a card that I would have been very upset to lose. This case was worth buying and if it were ever to wear out, which I doubt will happen, I would definitely buy another.
Really nice case

Pros:
fits perfectly

The leather is very nice. It looks great and fits the unit perfectly. All the buttons and connectors are accessible. I am very happy with this case. The flip cover folds back easily and doesnt get in the way while using the phone.

Pros:
Stylish and Functional
Cons:
Belt clip wear
Generally, this has been great. I have gotten a number of compliments on the case for appearance and novelty, and the magnetic closure is a great feature. I also like the bottom hinge, which seems more natural to shield your voice/cover your mouth when you using the phone. The leather is durable and the case still looks good. I've dropped the phone on concrete 3 or 4 times without effect. Having the business card holder in the case makes it seem like I might get the phone back if I lost it, and I put a spare SD card in there, too, for music vs. talk-radio/lectures. I use the phone a lot as an mp3 player for hiking and jogging, and the case has born the abuse well.
Finally, after 2.5 years the rivet has lost its mooring inside the leather case. The clip itself, though worn, still works fine and holds tight, but the rivet spins inside the leather, hence the attached clip spins.
I might try to self-repair this, but am thinking about a cradle for desk use that is incompatible with the bottom hinge as the leather gets in the way for a tight fit with a cradle connector. Time for me to choose another case, but this one was darn nice.
That's all I know. Hope it helps you.
Best case I

Pros:
The flip down cover
Cons:
Could use stronger magnets, Clip wears out over time.
I love the way this case fits my Treo and I love the fact that the cover flips down instead of up. It is much more natural and easy to open than the standard covers that you have to flip up. This cover can easily be flipped down with the same hand that is holding the phone. I do wish that the magnets were a bit stronger because the cover does pop open when you bump something.
The rivet on the back of the case is very nice. However, the plastic clip that this rivet clips to is made by a third party and is a piece of crap. Basically, after a bit of time (a few months) it stops locking the phone in and no longer requires pressing the button to release the phone from the clip. Sena has been very nice and has sent me replacements for this clip but I am currently on my third clip since last summer and it just stopped locking the phone in so I will be moving to my fourth clip in less than a year very soon.
