"Thank you very much. That is excellent service in a time when customer service is non existent in most companies. I will look forward to doing more business with you in the future"

Black Rubberized... Great Case!
User: Stephen York, Mar 20, 2007
Pros:
Super Thin, Looks Great, Protects from bumps, dings and scratches, openings for all features
Cons:
No screen protection
I got the rubberized case and the holster. I didn't want a pouch case, I wanted a skin that fit great, and would protect my investment from the dings and scratches of everyday use. The case went on a little hard, but only because it fits the 680 like a glove. It looks great, and the rubberization of the case makes it feel great. I don't have to worry as much about the smooth treo sliding around in my hand.
The case leaves all the features of the phone accessible, and really adds no noticeable size to the treo. I was worried about the screen, but I baught a protector. The holster holds the phone inward, to protect the screen, so when I'm wearing it I don't have to worry about it rubbing on stuff.
So far I've dropped my treo once, by accident. The front of the case popped off, but my treo was unharmed. I popped the case back on, and life was good.
Overall it's a great case. May not be for you if you need a case with extra storage like a wallet, but if you just need to store an SD card, the holster option has space for that. Two big thumgs up.
Great case, great feel, but delicate

Pros:
I love the rubberized feel, and its pretty thin
Cons:
Seems like it could easily break, hard to take off
The rubberized texture of this case is fantastic. My Treo 680 can heat up while I'm playing long marathon sessions of Paintball. This case makes the Treo fell cool, and the rubber texture I could hold onto all day. The awesome feel to this case is its strong point.
And, it's realatively thin, so it can even be placed inside some "roomy" leather pouch cases.
However, its hard to get the darn thing on, and even harder to take off. Several users on the forums report the tabs snapping off and Seidio is getting a lot of flack for this. But I've been lucky I guess. But you have to apply a LOT of pressure to take the case apart, so its only a matter of time until it does break.
This is a non-issue if you never need to remove the case.
(With the case on, you have access to all the ports and the SD card slots. But you have to take it off if you need to change the battery or do a hard reset).
The best feeling case I've ever had my hands on. But it seems pretty fragile, I'm afraid it'll snap every time I remove it. And it's HARD to remove.
Great protection for Treos of color
User: Melanie Morgan, May 3, 2007
Pros:
Love the look and custom fit
Cons:
Potential problems getting on and off
I knew I'd need some sort of protection for my new Treo, and I knew I definitely wanted a clear case to show off its sexy crimson red, but I wasn't sure if it would be a hard case or a soft skin. After reading the reviews, I settled on the Crystal Hard Case, which I received a few days ago.
It fits my Treo like a glove, though it was a bit hard to snap in place at first, which scared me. (I certainly didn't want to break it before I even got it on there.) Otherwise, I have no major complaints. I just hope I can get the thing off in one piece when its time to change the battery.
good concept, flimsy case
User: Jim G., Jun 20, 2007
Pros:
light, thin
Cons:
flimsy clip system. easily breaks
I had the case for about a month and the two lower clips are already broken. I have not had to take the case on and off much. very disappointed, especially after reading the reviews. Not worth $25-30.
Great, only for a short time
User: Mike Ketterman, Apr 24, 2008
Pros:
Rubber stops it from slipping away
Cons:
Where it clicks together breaks esaly
Im on my third case the first lasted about 4 months before the two halves wouldnt stay together. Called Seidio, they told me to send it in and after they got it they would sent out a replacement. I bought one locally to use right away and sent the defective one in. Its been about eight months, the second one I bought had the same problem and the replacement started coming apart a couple weeks ago. It is always the front piece that goes bad, but Seidio will not sell just the front. Ive lost my faith in the company and will not be using them any more.
