well built & functions as advertised
If you keep your phone in a case with access to the multi-connector on the bottom of the phone this is the cradle for you. My 650 in a Krussel case works great.
Only complaint is lining up the connector can be a bit tricky, but this is due to the clearance for the case. VERY minor gripe.
Overall the best desktop charger I've owned.

Pros: construction, ability to dock in case, sync & charge w/ USB
Cons: can be tricky to align connector w/ bottom of phone

Versatile cradle
Great features: it holds a treo with a skin case or crystal case on it, so it can be synched w/out removing from the case.
Once the Treo is in the cradle, it tilts back at a nice angle that is very easy on the eyes when placed on a desk. And, its round and small and takes very little desk space.
And I have never had a problem with its functionality: always charges and syncs perfectly.
Now, the bad...
This only comes with a USB cable, NOT a A/C line, so if you want to use it as a wall charger, you have to pay extra for their A/C adapter. (Several cradles come with an A/C adapter and wall plug, but this one does not).
My only other gripe is that sometimes I like to use it on my nightstand (I use my Treo as an alarm clock each morning). That green LED is just TOO bright! I ended up putting a small square of electrical tape over the LED and that solved the problem. It'd be nice to be able to turn off the LED though.
Overall, a very good functioning and looking cradle.
...I highly recommend this, but keep in mind that an A/C adapter will cost extra $.

Pros: holds Treos with skin case on, small, looks good, tilts
Cons: Cant turn of LED, AC adapter not included (xtra charge)

Pros: Nice to have charger via USB
Cons: Could not get sync button to work, intermittent connector
Great case, poor poor poor customer service
I bought this thing because I had bought a larger case that was a pain to remove, this charger/cradle said you could charge larger (fatter) cased units (also because I had the 3200MaH battery which increased the back case which didnt allow it to fit in "normal" charger). I called customer service and ASKED POINT BLANK two separate people on two separate calls if the charger ALSO CHARGED A SPARE BATTERY:
"Sure it does, no problem."
Yet imagine my surprise when I get it that it not only doesnt charge a spare battery, it sometimes just drops connection for no reason whatsoever.
The idea of a headphone or AUX jack (never did figure out what that does) is I guess okay, but honestly, its not my MP3 player, its my phone/PDA. I know everything in the world has to "be" like an ipod, but how about we try to keep some perspective here.
The charger is fine, sits right next to my Palm charger which DOES charge my spare battery. Funny, I was buying the Seidio charger specifically to get rid of the other charger.

Pros: charges as expected
Cons: connections are NOT guaranteed, does NOT charge second battery
