I LOVE this new gadget! Now granted, I have an MP3 connection already installed in my car, which allows me to listen to both music and messages through my stereo system, so that definitely boosted the value for me. Before I had to plug both the MP3 cable and charger into my Treo 700p separately and then disconnect each time I wanted to bring the phone with me. Now I have the cables hooked up to the handsfree cradle, including the new mic, and I just slide my Treo into the base and viola! The sound quality is actually really good - although I do sometimes get complaints from friends that they experience feedback and echoing. All that said, I think its definitely worth a try if youre looking for something easy to just install and go. Only noteworthy drawback is that I have to remove my treo from the case each time before sliding it into the base, hence the 4 stars. And I do think it should sell for under $100.
