"Thank you very much. That is excellent service in a time when customer service is non existent in most companies. I will look forward to doing more business with you in the future"

2400mAh Extended Battery
User: Joyce Truman, Apr 18, 2007
Pros:
Extended battery seems to have a longer battery life
Cons:
The battery cover does not stay put --slides right off
The battery cover does not stay on. I can't get that "click" sound in knowing the cover is secured. Just be sure to put your treo in a case to secure your battery and cover so it doesn't fall off.
Copper extended battery for Treo 680
User: Jack Singiser, Sep 21, 2008
Pros:
Battery lasts easily for a week
Cons:
The casing slips right off.
After looking over the original case and the new extended case with some reading glasses, I figured out that the new case did not have squared off, clean perpendicular edges. It seemed the plastic transition from one perpendicular surface to another was gradual causing it to slip off easily.
Using my reading glasses and a curved razor knife I spent some time carefully squaring off all the edges, especially around the locking/unlocking mechanism of the new case.
The casing now locks snugly with no tendency to slip off.
If I also had to troubleshoot the organizational flaws that caused this initial imperfection, I would say it would be in the product quality assurance area and the final cutting of the plastic casing.
I remember building plastic model cars with my uncle as a youngster. We always had to clean off the excess plastic on each part to ensure a tight fit.
For $60 I would think the original equipment manufacturer would cover that final detailing on that one piece of plastic. The casing design seems fine. The attention to detail in producing the final product poor.
I hesitate purchase anything pricey from this group. Im not sure how they could restore my confidence in the quality of their products.
