Defective Seidio 2400mah battery

Pros:
Great battery capacity with superb handling
Cons:
Only 14 days warranty from Seidio... :(
I got this extra capacity battery for about 6 weeks and it stopped charging... When asking for a refund, Seidio replied they only offer refund for product within 14 days. Come on, a product goes bad in 6 weeks hurt your reputation?
