Poor Fit, layout

Pros:
Sync with Treo 700p, 700w works well. Can get loud as well.
Cons:
Not a snug fit. Have to keep pressing up against ear.
This sounds and looks very nice. The bluetooth works well with all versions of the Treo palm and windows versions, unlike the plantronics. problem is the darn thing will not stay snug up to your ear. It keeps swiveling out, so even though it has good sound qualities, it does not make a difference because it wont stay on your ear.

The Retainer was made for someone with extra large ears. Does not fit the average earlobe. Otherwise the sound is great. I returned mine because it doesnt fit.

user unfriendly, poor placement of buttons
volume adjust is too close to the hold/redial/answer button.
could not get enough volume
too many re-dialed calls from just adjusting for ear fit.
