Case side ripped first time I used it

Pros:
Beautiful leather.
Cons:
Tight fit caused rip when trying to fit Treo in it.
This looks like a beautiful case. It was a very tight fit, however, and I ripped out the side trying to get the Treo WX into it. I called customer service and they immediately sent me an email with a pre-paid return shipping label and said they were going to send out a replacement immediately. I then saw a different version of the case than I had seen before. I called back customer service immediatel and explained the siruation to a different service specialist. He cancelled the replacement order and ordered a new model for me with the same shipping terms. Even though I gave the case 2 stars, I would give TreoCentral customer service personnel a five star rating. They were awesome!
