Magneitc snap sometimes undoes itself
Overall this is a very nice case for the Treo 700p. Fits snugly. Doesn't adjust my volume. Just make sure you pull it all the way on. Leather stretches. Don't be afraid to push it in. Very professional look. And my screen and buttons are all completely accesible. Very very nice.

Pros:
Form fitting, raised on 3 sides to protect keyboard and screen, attractive

tabs at bottom wear after time; non-removable clip knob
Overall, this is an excellent case. It is functional so you can use phone without having to take it out of the case and it is attractive. Only drawbacks are that after less than a year or so the little tabs at bottom that hold the Treo in place jut up a little and catch when you pull it out of your pocket. Also, the metal knob on the back cannot be removed if you do not want to use the phone with a swivel clip. Having tried others, I am going back to this one despite the cons because it best suites my use of the Treo.

Pros:
Fits well at first, metal rod around screen area protects phone, openings are all properly placed for the 700
Cons:
After 6 months of use, the phone slides in and out a little too easily. Combined with the magnetic snap undoing itself, my phone slid out of the case and hit the floor the other day
For the past 6 months, this case has been pretty good to me. Although I've had to replace the belt clip several times now. The magnetic snap tends to undo itself, and when the flap IS closed it has a tendency to push down on the SD Card, disengaging it. While it's nice that the screen area is reinforced by a 3 sided metal 'bumper', after 6 months of wear the metal rod is now poking through the leather and I figure it's only a matter of time before I have to replace the whole case when the rod rips itself free.
On the good side: The case LOOKS good, protects the phone, and has holes in all the right spots. Overall this is a good case. But if you tend to use your Treo heavily, be prepared to replace the case after 6 months.
VERY POOR FIT

This case does have a snug fit, way to snug !!! It was actually adjusting the volume for me.
Also the snap is magnetic, you don't need that near an antenna. The snap actually doesn't stay down very well and it gets in the way of the clip.
Overall, a very poor model.
The packaging from the company was very poor as well.
