Voyager PRO will not fit on small ears

Pros:
Great sound and noise cancellation.. Best plantronics so far. I have almost every plantronic headset made. I really notice the improvement in quality of sound and voice clarity.
Cons:
I had to return it because the ear piece would not stay on my ears, kept falling off.
If they make the earpiece where it will fit and not fall off I would purchase another one. the longer you wear it the looser fitting it gets. It got where it would fall off my ear. That is when I knew I had to return it.

tHis headset is the wonderful most invention. place on ear to talk not without wires on international telephonic call to brother. please do the needfuL.
