Everything about this Headset screams "wow". So light you hardly know it is there. I like the multiple charging adaptors as well the added battery charging feature. I travel a lot on business and it nice to be able to charge anywhere/anytime. The volume is extreme good and there is no noticable sound distortion. On all my old headsets I could never figure out what to do with the headset when I wasn't wearing it. The unique "ballpoint pen" style carrier means I always have a place to store it and don't have to worry about damaging it in my pocket. The only dowside is the 650's poor bluetooth. Sometimes just having the unit on the otherside of the my body from my ear can produce way too much static. Treo's fault only.
Innovative Headset

Pros:
Lightweight, Sleek Design, Carrying Case
Cons:
AC Adapter
This headset is actually fun to use. I have a Treo 700p and was having difficulty with keeping the new Motorola H700 locked to the phone. The TreoCentral forum is full of user complaints in getting Blutooth headsets to operate correctly with the Treo 600, 650, and 700p models. Rather than give up, I researched the Internet and could see that this particular Plantronics design appeared to be favored. In fact, a branded model is offered by Palm as the UltraLite (although Treocentral does not sell this model). I could see that I wanted a headset with an earpiece which penetrated the ear canal, did not require an ear loop holder, and was comfortable to wear. I purchased the more expensive unit assuming that the quality would follow the cost.
I like being able to drive handsfree in the car and am always finding new situations in which to use the headset. There are lots of moments when you want to use the phone but need to have both hands free. Besides, who wants to walk around with your neck leaning to the side trying to hold onto the phone always worrying about dropping it? Don' think about using it outside when the wind is blowing or in an otherwise noisey environment. I find myself turning off the headset when I know I do not need a handsfree operation since I don't want to walk around looking like a geek nor do I want calls to default to the headset when it is in my pocket.
The only drawback I can find is with the provided AC adapter. As this unit is made in Great Britain, the adapter supplied is molded around a very bulky AC plug used in that country. TreoCentral supplies an adapter to allow connection to US outlets but by the time you use it the whole unit sticks many inches away from the wall. Furthermore, all that bulk ends in a very flimsy connection to the headset storage tube. There is a simple workaround if you have phone AC adapaters from Sony/Ericsen, Nokia, or Motorola since it comes with tube adapters which allow connection to these chargers. There is no tube adapter for the Treo charger and besides don't you need that charger for your phone? The workaround is simple, either use the supplied AAA battery holder to charge the headset (but recognize these batteries do require replacement although the headset can be charged while carrying it around) or do what I did - purchase a cheal clone Motorola RAZR charger with a mini-USB end. This provides a solid connection to its tube adapter and allows me to charge the phone and headset independently at night while sleeping. The headset holds its charge quite well over the course of the day. Don't let this scare you away just understand you have to spend another $14 for a clone AC adapter.
You will find this Bluetooth headset works well with the 700p and can be used at distances well beyond anyplace you might carrry the phone on your body. If Palm could only figure out a way to allow use of voice recognization with the headset? Understand you will have to access the phone to dial a new number but the call transfer is seamless. Calls can be answered and the last number can be redialed with having to access the phone. Overall, this is still worth it considering the advantages of handsfree driving. As expected, the phone must be accessed when using voicemail.
Give it a try, you will not be dissapointed.

stopped taking a charge after seven months; replaced under warranty. useless in convertible over 40 mpg. sound quality pretty good if phone is bluetooth 1.2 compatible. connection reliability with treo 650 and 680 quite frustrating.
superior sound and easy to use depending on where you are
User: Miss Karen, May 5, 2007
Pros:
lightweight and easy to operate, does not block earrings
Cons:
don't get signal everywhere and then can be static or fade in and out or just not work
This headset works great in the Bay Area, however if you travel or live in an area where cellular reception is not the best this is not for you. I cannot use it at home or halfway home during my drive.
Not happy

Pros:
It looks cool and I like the accessories
Cons:
Nothing but static
I was really looking forward to using this device with my Treo 650p, but it turns out, I get nothing but static. I was very disappointed.
