"Once again thank you for your wonderful customer service. I deal in the customer service industry everyday and really appreciate it when I come across a company that does an above average job of customer service. I will give you the best compliment that I know of - I will refer you to others."

This is a good - but far from great - case for the money. It does seem sturdy leather (not too thick, but solid). It also has a neat look although I wish the description would have noted the white stiching because I certainly didn't expect that from the picture (resolutions may vary). I do like the plastic sheet that covers both the screen and keyboard. It is pliable enough to let me use the stylus but seems sturdy enough to hold up.
On the con side the belt clip is very weak plastic with a thin weak metal clip to keep the tension. Having used this kind of clip before I know it will break easily and lose its tension over a few months. I'm mainly disappointed with the cut outs, though. The one on the bottom is just a bit too small to allow the hot synch cable to attach. The ear hole is about the size of a hole punch. It doesn't seem to degrade the volume at all, but doesn't look as nice as others that expose the whole speaker. The top strap goes over the SD card which sounds like it would be good to help keep the card in but in reality it keep pushing on the card and disengaging it. it also partly covers the mute switch so it keeps sliding the switch into the muted position. If that weren't bad enough the top of the case does not even reach the top corners of the phone so if I drop it, the phone - rather than the 'protective' case will bear the brunt.
I think it will do the job, but not quite as well as the Skinz case I've used for the past 18 months.
Not Bad

This is one case I was looking forward to. The picture is very misleading. It would be a very nice case if it fit perfectly. The plastic gets in the way and is very hard to tap.
A decent case for someone who wants to protect their handset and doesn't use the stylus.
