Water Resistant, Fully Functional, Durable, Belt Clip Add-on
Cons:
Not Water Proof, Sound/Mic Quality Low, Difficult to use upper keys (no markings)
I must share this story as I promised to do so. I went to FOSE 2008 in Washington DC and visited their booth. I was showing my brother how wonderful this case would be to have because I tend to drop it under fire trucks constantly and run them over. To my surprise every time I did so (4 times) it didnt smash and actually just stopped working. I thought hanging around the station I should purchase such a product. Just then this very nice young girl came up to demo the product with my Treo 700wx. At this point I was a little more interested in the sales person but I tried to stay on track. So need I say more she handed me my very own box for free and instructed me to show and tell. As for the rest? well we will see.
Works well

Pros:
Splash proof, and drop protection
Cons:
Not water proof, flimsy keyboard cover
As the owner of the other Otter Box (1900) I was so happy to see a slimmer product available for the Treo. This product is a very nice package, althougth it needs some work. I have a 700P. The up nav button is almost unusable, the phone off button is inoperable (activiates the home screen) and a moderate jolt will dislodge the keyboard cover from the cover(don't drop it empty).
You can use the phone through the case, but you will need a volume enhancing software. I used VolumeCare, and it works well for me. The case will float, and is not designed to be "water proof". It will repel splashes, but any submergence will cause leaks. I used it at Universal theme parks on water rides all day, and my phone was dry.
If you want a slim, tough, splash proof case this is good. If you are looking for water resistence, and don't mind the size, stick with the 1900.
