Been waiting for this one for a while. My ears are big enough that I actually prefer the in-ear fit. The comfort factor on this one is marginal. Also doesn't really feel to secure no matter how I twist it around to get a better fit. I like the sound quality on my end but I've had numerous complaints about the quality of my voice from callers. And, after a week of daily use, I've noticed some alarming battery issues. Today for example, I charged all night, took it out and went to work. After about 4 hours of standby and maybe 10 minutes of talk time I started to get the low battery warning. This has happened a couple of time so far. Looks like I'll return it. Too bad.
kindly good

Pros:
Great sound quality on my end. Great size. Very secure.
Cons:
Picks up every bit of background noise, poor talk-time.
Has the best sound quality I've ever heard... on MY end. My callers complain that they can't hear me at all, especially in the car, even with the windows closed. VERY secure, but it completely blocks your ear, so you can't hear anything but the headset from that ear. For the money, I was very disappointed with the noise cancellation on this headset. Talk time is only about an hour and a half. The cradle does maintain a charge and recharges the headset on the go, but the short talk time and poor background filter make this a poor choice for use anywhere outside of a quiet room indoors.

Pros:
Small size
Cons:
poor fit in ear
Not terrible, but not all that great. Poor fit in ear (has a few cheap adaptors). Unique charging adaptor, but no real information about it in the manual. Probably then next generation will address the defects.
Keep your ears clean, the H5 attracts wax quickly.
Dont waste your money
User: Terrible Earpiece, Mar 14, 2008
Pros:
Its small, good form factor
Cons:
Has little to no function.
This earpiece suffers from poor battery life, terrible audio quality, and poor reception. I bought this brand new and used it with my KRZR k1m it is absolutely terrible. The bluetooth reception breaks up when the phone is in my shirt pocket. Nobody that I talk to can finish a conversation without saying, "Do what?" because the earbud picks up every piece of background noise. My dad frequently listens to my TV while watching his and then asks me questions about what Im watching, the volume on the TV is so low I barely can hear it. Usually I cant make it thru a 25-40 minute conversation without it breaking up so badly I just get frustrated and disconnect it. All these problems tend to get magnified the longer you go with the battery. About 45 min is about all you can get before itll just drop out completely.
