This is an outstanding product. It is clear as a bell easy to set up and use. If you do have a problem, the Motorola online help is clear, easy to understand and gnerally solves basic set up issues if you have one.

I have only used two Bluetooth headset w/my 700p. The H700 is the ideal headset. It remains connected to the phone even in power down mode, the speaker is unmatched "my own opinion" by any other headset. I've own two, the first on went bad, as it would not let me make any call however I could receive calls. I mailed it in to Motorola and they replaced it. The second/new one just like my previous H700 received comments from my parties I was on the phone with stating I sound like I was in a hole. I don't know if it was because the mic rested in my beard or the mic aren't any good. I do know every writeup I've read about a Bluetooth headset have always commented on its sound clearity but no mention of its microphone performace which I beleive should be evaluated. I now have a Plantronics 655, the speaket and mic are great, except it disconnects from the phone too often. I'm a Realtor, some days are busier than others. Some days I'll burn up a 100 min. the Plantronics will disconnect maybe once. Days of 75 min or less maybe two or more disconnects. I have learn to live with them, whenever it disconnets it beeps. I just simply push the talk buuton and most of the time it will reconnect.

Google search counterfiet bluetooth headsets. I read that its impossible to sell an original OEM for under $42 because that is the MINIUMUM that Motorola sells directly to carriers.

This Motorola H700 Bluetooth Headset looks good and has a lightweight design but lacks the ability to keep a good quality sound nor does it have the ability of distance which shortens greatly when phone is on the opposite side of the body. All and all, a large disappointment, I would suggest doing more research before choosing another set from the same family.
