Poor design, poor quality.
User: Chad P, Jan 13, 2007
Pros:
-
Cons:
Flops around on ear. Terrible sound quality.
This H500 headset is a joke. I can't believe Motorolla put their name on this thing. It flops around on my head and sometimes falls off my ear if I turn my head fast. Worse yet is the sound quality. Everyone I talked to complained they couldn't understand me and the clairity on my end was poor at best. I gave my Sony headset to my wife because it was uncomfortable for me to wear all day, but the sound was pretty good. I'm trying out the Motorolla H700 now, and so far it seem very good. It's comfortable, sounds good, and is easy to use.
Difficult to operate, flops around, unreliable!

I have never used a bluetooth before so I was looking forward to it. I am dissapointed. It does not stay secure on my ear and the earhook broke when I tried to turn it around per the instructions. Can't find anyplace to get a replacement. I feel my $50 was not well spent and would not recommend this model to anyone. I wish I had spent a little more for a better model. Being a senior citizen on a fixed income, I don't have that luxury. I've opted for the corded earpiece, it is more reliable, it fits my ear snuggly and can easily switch it to either ear with ease.
Unreliable with 700W
User: Ed P, Nov 25, 2006
This headset does not work with the 700w. It stops receiving calls for no reason. It will work for one call then fail to activate 10 minutes later. This is after bein fully harged so it's not a power issue. By comparison the jabra 350 worked everytime under any situation. I don't see how Verizon sells this in a package for the 700w.
This >>BY-FAR<< is the worst bluetooth yet...
User: Faie Rayne, Mar 21, 2007
Pros:
unique
Cons:
flaps everywhere
This is my worst bluetooth >>BY-FAR<<. I thought the outside was pretty but once placed on my "ear" it flops around everywhere, it hangs off and that's simply because the "inner ear" is flat However, I am returning it and I've only had it 2 days, I am trying to find out what is the best bluetooth for the 700p
Does not work well with Treos
User: Parker Harrington, Jun 1, 2007
Pros:
It might work with some phones?
Cons:
Turns off & uncomfortable
Switches off after ten minutes with a Treo (not stand-by....OFF!)
Not comfortable to wear either.
Waste of money.
Don't buy.
Really.
True.
