Cradle came with A/C charger cord as well as USB cord - extra $15 value. Phone fits in nicely in cradle as does extra battery (ordered separately). Only couple minor glitches: There are no directions so you have to figure out a couple things by yourself, like the purpose of the blue, red and green lights on the base (green light indicates that battery is fully charged, red light indicates that battery is being charged, and blue light indicates that USB cord is plugged into PC). Also, there is no hot sync button on the cradle so whenever you put the phone back on cradle it automatically syncs. To disable the automatic sync, go to hot sync settings and uncheck the box "Open Active Sync whenever my device is connected." Lastly, the little rubber "buttons" that attach to the bottom of the cradle to keep it from scratching your furniture were not placed on properly so they all came off inside the packaging during shipping. However, I simply pressed them back onto the base where they have remained securely.

Just received today and appears to function as promised. I was looking for something with a phone charger and extra battery charger that looked descent to set on my desk. Disappointing there is no documentation should be at least something explaining lights etc (already knew this based on prior review). Not a big fan of the fit the only thing that supports the phone unit is the mini-connector in the cradle. One wrong bump and it could be all over. Fit/stabilization should come from the cradle unit itself, that way, the only thing the mini connector has to do is connect.
Looks like a good unit so far, as long as youre not a klutz....
sync problems

Phone fits nicely in cradle - like the extra battery charge - comes with AC cord which is nice feature. However, there is no sync button on the cradle. Phone syncs as soon as it is put into cradle. Also, many times throughout the day it just syncs by itself while it is sitting in cradle - dont know what causes it to do that but it is annoying.
