Pros:
works for days without being charged
Cons:

as long as youre not in an "extended network" area...meaning it still doesnt work well in the boondocks, but it works better...only have to charge at the end of the day, maybe a little sooner, but not as soon as you would if you had the regular battery.
Great battery, lousy cover

The battery life is great.
However, the cover tends to come loose far too easily. It is almost impossible to pull the phone out of ones pocket without the cover coming loose. A replacement sent to me had the same problem.
Ive solved the problem by stuffing the battery compartment with a few layers of paper towel and then forcing the cover into place. I have to be weary about using my microSD memory card as the cover has very very tiny ears and theyre going to wear out if I remove the cover too many times.
