The Multidapt connector is stronger than it looks, when connected it feels very secure, and it fits over my belt easily. Take it off, and the base plate is very nearly flush, it would be unobtrusive if you decide to use the dual belt loops instead.
An initial complaint that resolved itself in short order is that the leather is very stiff. For the body, that's good. But for the lid/flap, that meant that it wasn't necessarily an easy bit to close the lid over the Treo - it took a few days for the leather to "learn" the shape it should be in.
Great case but the clip wears out after a couple of months

Pros:
easy to get the phone out with a single hand
Cons:
the clip wore down and the phone fell off the clip
I like this case very much but was disappointed that the grooves on the clip became dull and the case popped off the clip. Since it was the grooves on the case that failed, I couldn't just replace the clip. I have since started using the dual belt loops which work well when you have a belt.
