I have owned this case for over a year and it still looks new and people ask me all the time where I got it. It is made so using the phone is the same as without a case and it protects the phone. It is a great product. I dont even need to buy a new one yet!!!

Pros:	Fits almost perfectly, Slim fit, All Keys usable.
Cons:	No SD card opening

I sorry to hear that the other reviewer had such a bad experience with this case, but I have had a very different one.

This case fit perfectly into my Treo 650 from Verizon. A nice, snug fit that was not too tight or too loose. The zipper fits well and the zipper tab is small enough not to bother me. the Microphone and speaker openings are well placed. No one has has a problem hearing me and I can hear everyone just as well as if there was no case on.
The Belt cilp that came with the case is removeable and with it off, the case has a very low profile

The only issuse I have are the fact that I cannot take the SD card out without taking off the whole case, and the edge of the leather makes some of the outer keys hard to press. Also hard to use the stylus on the edges of the screen, but not imposible. For most of my day I only use the 5-way D-pad, so it's not a problem for me.

Overall it is my favorite case, it feels very safe and secure, practially scrach-proof. I have already dropped it about 4 feet above pavement with NO Damage, except a scrach on the antenna (which is not protected)

Pros:	Fully protects PDA. No bulk.
Cons:	Screen a "little" difficult to use near the edges.

I am getting ready to buy my third one of these. They are great in terms of protecting my Treo 650. I am a hard user and drop the thing regularly and the unit looks basically brand new. All of my hard wear and tear has been on the case. Yes, some of the cut-outs do not line up "perfectly" but they re pretty darn close. You do have to remove it to insert/remove cards from the slot but so far I have not needed to use that feature. I am addicted to my Treo and this case is partly why - I feel I can really use and somewhat abuse this little workhorse. I use it as my cell phone, keep 1500 contacts in it and have it check my 3 email accounts every 15 minutes automatically 24/7. Plus it is my lockbox key and MLS database - all with me all the time, everywhere. This dependable hardly there case is part of the reason I am so pleased with the Treo product! I find I am replacing it about once a year just to freshen the look a bit. I have a spiffy, more expensive and cuter leather case which I never use. Love this one!!

I bought one of these in January of '05 when I bought my treo 650, and I've had it on 100% of the time since. I am just NOW buying a new one as my original is falling apart. It's an overall great case for the money (Sprint sells their ugly case for $40!!!) and I intend to enjoy the second one as much as I did the first.

I agree that all the holes don't line up perfectly, but there is an easy fix to that. Use an Exacto knivfe! I *very carefully* open up the earpiece hole just a little bit, as well as the bottom leather opening (for plugging in the sync cable. I actually see the SD card being covered up as a plus - keeps it from accidentally coming out! you normally install them permanently anyway. My only problem is the left side of the keyboard, seems like I cannot keep the window perfectly centered, and so the Q,A and Alt keys are hard to press. Other than that - there is no better case.

I work in an environment that exposes my 700P to moderate amount of abuse and the Krusell case gives me confidence that it is well protected. Yet it is also accessible. I dont have any trouble working through the clear face of the case. The leather belt clip holds the Treo VERY securely. The only problem Ive had is that the Multidapt attachment point has broken twice on me in 2 years. Once the plastic rivets pulled out of the leaher case and once the outter edges of the attachment slide on the case broke. I still like the case a lot and am looking for a new one!

Poor alignment, but best case for full scratch/debris protection

Pros:	Not bulky, protects entire phone from dings, scratches and dirt
Cons:	Holes don't line up properly, somtimes you press wrong key because of cover on keys

I have purchased 3 of these at separate times (two for my 650, one for my 700 hoping they'd get the fit better after a few years!) but alas, the only cutout that lines up is the ear speaker.

For full protection from scratches and debris, this is the best, non-bulky case I have found. They wear out, but for $15-$30, I'd rather replace a case than the entire phone!!

I love the interchangable clips... so you can hang it on you or your pocketbook (I'm a girl) however you want...

I'm going to get another one if I can't find something comparable... I like the screen and the keyboard fully covered at all times. My 650 looks brand new after almost 2 years of constant use.

Cons:	SD card disengates, multiadapt clip too flimsy

My 2nd case, 1st was with Treo600. Same problem w/multiadapt mechanism. Had clip that rotates, but it didn't? and the plastic wings? just snap off .. so clip no longer useful w/case.

Too bad .. I'm not spending $30 each time so will find something more durable ..

Could be much better!

Pros:	Great Idea
Cons:	Bad Execution

Case fits fairly well and is easy to take on and off, but the Treo slides when inside and you cant always hit the keys on the left side or the space key very well, which is a real pain for the option key.
Speaker on back is 100 covered. They tried to make speaker slots, but they are off by 1/2" so the speaker remains covered.
No SD card slot is a plus as I was always releasing it accidentally, which cant happen when in case.
Using the stylus is very difficult as the plastic is high above the surface so you have to push very hard.
The clip holder on the back has now broken making it useless for either the spring clip or the swivel clip, which were both separate purchases.

Had this Case for 11 Months - Plastic Front Cracked

Cons:	Hard to use PDA in Cas / Poor Plastic Front

I have had this case for 11 months (since the day before I got my Palm 700P). The case is poorly designed. It is very hard to use the Smartphone in the case (as was designed to be done). The plastic front cover is the biggest problem, as it makes it hard to use the touchscreen, especially in the corners. After 11 months of using this case, the plastic front cover is now cracked along the entire bottom on the touchscreen and I am looking for a new case (any suggestions). I contacted Krusell about returning it under the "Lifetime Warranty" as defective and was told I would have to ship it to Sweden (at my expense) for them to look it over and decide what they would do with it (I threw it in the trash instead, good riddens, thanks Krusell).

Very unsatisfied with Krussell, replacement policy is a joke.

Pros:	no bulk, form fitting, access to keys
Cons:	case openings are all misaligned! covers ports, speakerphone

I got 2 Krussell cases, for myself and one as a gift. Once the initial excitment of putting the case on and feeling its tight fit was over, the reality set in -- the case openings, with exception of earphone, were all off. I thought perhaps to give it some time, to strech out. But that hasn't happenned.

On the bottom, the acess to sync port, headphone and power ports -- the case cutout never lined up from day one.

What's worse, the speakerphone is solidly covered, so I people can't even hear me.

I contacted Krussell with detailed photos of all the numerous issues with the case. In response, Krussel, asked me to send the case in -- for them to review the issues with no indication of when I would get replacement. I asked them to consider the fact the the case was clearly defective from day one, and that I paid premium for their case, rather then buying other brands. Krussell never responded.

The expense of sending the cases to Scandinavia and most importantly the wasted time, was not worth it.

Bad treo case, even worse customer service.
