StarStarStarStarStar I LIKE IT!
User: Sally Head, May 1, 2008

Pros:  Sound is optimal for voice/noise cancelling as well
Cons:  cant see display too well

Just bought this item, and though I thought it would be a hassle to install,
it was really "plug and play"! I did notice it takes a toll on the phone battery/I have
a Treo 650. I have to watch my battery life closer on my phone.
I like the fact that it automatically turns off after 15 minutes.
Good sound quality and the volume is excellent both ways.
People cant tell Im using it. No echo.
I have used Jabra products before and I am just as pleased this time.
Good work folks.
StarStarStarStarStar Sufficiently Loud, Just About
User: Keith Chan, Feb 9, 2008

Pros:  Works consistently with my 680, Sleek design
Cons:  Only supplied with car charger, Visor clip too wide (minor issue)

After reading the previous review I was a bit worried about the volume not being sufficient as I drive about 60 highway miles daily. However, I was happy to realize that although increased volume would be desirable, it is sufficient for my needs. I actually dont expect a speakerphone to be any louder. If I want something louder for my I will get an integrated kit for my car stereo.

The unit has worked consistently with my Treo 680 over the last week without issue. The other party never knew I was on the speakerphone while driving.

My cars interior is black and silver so the design works for me. However, one minor issue is that the mounting clip is very wide so the unit does not fit snug onto my sun visor. I plan to bend it for a better fit.
StarStarStarStarStar Excellent style, could be louder
User: Phil 750, Jan 1, 2008

Pros:  Sleek design, ease of use, voice quality
Cons:  Speaker needs to be louder.

I already had the BlueAnt Supertooth Light, but the design of the Jabra was too good to pass up.

For the most part, it lives up to its expectations. The design is top notch, and incoming and outgoing quality is very good.

But the speaker is way too quiet, especially when compared to the BlueAnt. (Might a firmware update fix this?)

And because I keep reaching for the volume buttons in a futile attempt to hear people, I keep finding myself cursing the button placement. But thats not a deal-breaker. If the volume were loud enough in the first place, this wouldnt be an issue.

Overall, its a very good buy.
