StarStarStarStarStar Very comfortable
User: Arturo Gonzalez, Nov 29, 2007
I have owned Nokia, Motorola, Sony and even Jawbone headsets, and this one is by far the most comfortable. I forget Im wearing it. Its also very stable, simply wont fall off. The vibrating feature is nice. It is also very friendly to eye glass wearers because of its flat side panels. And quality of sound is very good.

I own a Jawbone with a superb noise reduction technology, but I rather use this Jabra because of its comfort.
StarStarStarStarStar Not Good With 755p
User: Ed Harty, Jul 5, 2007

Pros:  Good Fit, Comfortable, Keeps Connection
Cons:  Poor Range, Static

Had the Jabra BT 5020 about a week. I really wanted this headset to work because I like the form factor. Unfortunately, there is considerable static when using it at home. Also, the range is only about 5 feet before the static goes from annoying to overwhelming. It is actually better outside so there may be something in my house causing interference.
StarStarStarStarStar Annoying beep offsets all positives
User: Kent Weaver, Sep 10, 2007
I have had several Jabra headsets over the years and have always been pleased with their design and functions. The BT5020 is a notable exception. While there are many positives about the BT5020, the beep they added to confirm the connection with a caller makes the headset close to unusable. In talking with support, this was added "in response to customer requests". I think they got it wrong. While other headsets may beep when you dial the call, the BT5020 wait to beep until the call connects. This means it consistently blocks out the voice of the person who answered the call, or it blocks your own saying of hello. The person I talked to at Jabra support said they may add the ability to reconfigure it from your PC. How that that will be, no one knows. Until then, my BT5020 is sitting in a drawer.
