I was furious when after installing the egrips skin for my 700p it began to peel up almost immediately. When I fired off a angry email I didn't expect much in the form of a response ....Man was I wrong!!! Not only did Fred A. of egrips see to it that I received the newest, about to be released version for my Treo, he sent me another of the old version to get me by until the new version was shipping. The new version seems to be quite and improvement and looks and feels great on my phone.
Thank you Fred and Matt of egrips for going the extra mile, and for restoring my faith that there are still companies out there who value their customers, and who want to do the right thing.

Pros:
The Treo feels much more secure in your hand. Leave it on the car seat or wherever and it doesn't slip off.
Cons:
After about 3 months one of the side ends started to peel away.
