No matter what I do, after about five minutes I hear a loud beep and when I look at the Treo 700p, the card is no longer recognized.
Is there an update I need?

really just won't stay recognized
I like having the extra space but if the card won't stay recognized long enough for me to use it when I need it, then what good is it?
what do i have to do.
Dose the card really need to be reformated?

The website says that this particular card will work. Unfortunately, it doesn't. It doesn't say you have to reformat, mess with the clusters, etc. I tried everything to no avail. I wouldn't mind if I bought this with a 50/50 percent chance of it working. But when it states that it works with "..700p/700wx/700w" then to me it is a guarantee that it should work. A disappointing issue on an otherwise outstanding website.

treo 700p fails to recognize product
I purchased this product with high hopes of the potential storage capacity. When i received the sd card my treo 700p could not recognize it in it's system. I purchased this product believing that it was compatible with my phone PER advertisement. Please make sure the information in terms of compatibility for items are up to date. I expect a full refund. I've purchased many products from this site, this is the first time I was very dissapointed.
