...why do they manufacture this so that you need to buy an ADDITIONAL adapter? So not only do you have this kluge-y chain of adapters and connectors to deal with, you have to pay another $6 for the privilege. They should have made the 2.5mm-3.5mm conversion in the unit itself. C'mon, people!!

It worked ok for a while than it looks like the wires got loose and started making wierd sounds. Not very well made. It looks like it is the only thing that works to make the audio sound any good on my
Treo 700wx. It looks like I have to buy another one after i just bought this one.

Doesnt function as advertised
In spite of the claims, this device did NOT solve the impedance problem between my headphones and the palm 755p. In other words, the phone incorrectly recognized my stereo headset as an earpiece, and sound came through only one side. This is the exact problem this device was designed to solve, and it didnt work at all towards this end.
