Our Customers Say...
"Once again thank you for your wonderful customer service. I deal in the customer service industry everyday and really appreciate it when I come across a company that does an above average job of customer service. I will give you the best compliment that I know of - I will refer you to others."

The cradle is just what you need. You can easily use this cradle to sync with to your PC. You also can use the power cord to just charge your treo when you dont want to sync the treo to your PC. All around this is a good buy. I am purchasing my second cradle. Now Ill have one for the office and for home. It is very handly when you are using a lot of power watching TV on your Treo. I highly recommend this product.
Best money I've ever spent on a phone accessory!
User: Drew Elliott, Dec 8, 2006
Pros:
Palm should ship this with the 700W instead of the (useless) sync cable it comes with now.
Cons:
Masks the lower keyboard buttons a bit
For the money this is the best thing around. It charges quickly from the USB port on the computer which the Palm sync cable does not do well. Plug it in - push your phone on - it sync's right up and charges too. Holds the phone at a nice angle on your desk so you can see who's calling and answer on your headset. It does mask the lower keyboard buttons a bit but I can't see using those while it's in the cradle anyway. If I need to type something I'll pop it out of the cradle for a minute. I can't see any reason to buy one of the more expensive cradles. This one is just fine
The best of the cradles for Treo 680
User: F H, Jan 14, 2007
Pros:
Uses only USB connection, no additional power needed
Cons:

This the best. Some other Treo cradles require a additional power cord. None of the others I've seen have the hot sync button. With this you don't have to use the Treo menu to hot sync. I would buy another for my bedside (alarm), but they are out of stock right now.
WARNING: Does NOT fit the Treo 680 !
User: G Gongola, Jan 16, 2007
Pros:
Cheap
Cons:
Doesn't fit the Treo 680 properly, slow charging over USB
I used this cradle with my Treo 650 and it worked fine. However, I recently upgraded to a 680 and have found that the 680 does not fit properly. The 680 pops-up when inserted into this cradle, then sways to the left or right and loses it's charge/sync connection.
Lastly, it looks cheap and it made of poor-quality plastic, but hey, you get what you pay for.
Good at first, stopped working after about a year
User: Josh Gitter, Jul 2, 2007
This cradle stopped working for me after about 10 months of usage. I have to wiggle it to get the charge light to go on. It no longer syncs.
