construction, ability to dock in case, sync & charge w/ USB
Cons:
can be tricky to align connector w/ bottom of phone
Worth the extra $$ - solid construction and synch and charge through the USB. It's an invaluable addition to my desktop. Power light on the cradle lets you know it is connected and ready to charge. No charging light to indicate phone is charging or ready, but if you have the LED on your phone enabled this is not an issue.
If you keep your phone in a case with access to the multi-connector on the bottom of the phone this is the cradle for you. My 650 in a Krussel case works great.
Only complaint is lining up the connector can be a bit tricky, but this is due to the clearance for the case. VERY minor gripe.
Overall the best desktop charger I've owned.
Good charger

Pros:
Can charge 700p with skin case on
Cons:
Have to be careful that your alligning treo with charger contact
So far so good. Sync cords and cord for a/c jack need to be longer. Also, you need to be careful when putting treo on unit so that the contacts align properly.
I would order another one for the office.
Versatile cradle
User: Barry Sharpnack, Apr 27, 2007
Pros:
holds Treos with skin case on, small, looks good, tilts
Cons:
Cant turn of LED, AC adapter not included (xtra charge)
I really like this Innodock JR., even better than Seidio's original Innodock. The only difference is that this JR. model does not have an audio out (which I never used anyway).
Great features: it holds a treo with a skin case or crystal case on it, so it can be synched w/out removing from the case.
Once the Treo is in the cradle, it tilts back at a nice angle that is very easy on the eyes when placed on a desk. And, its round and small and takes very little desk space.
And I have never had a problem with its functionality: always charges and syncs perfectly.
Now, the bad...
This only comes with a USB cable, NOT a A/C line, so if you want to use it as a wall charger, you have to pay extra for their A/C adapter. (Several cradles come with an A/C adapter and wall plug, but this one does not).
My only other gripe is that sometimes I like to use it on my nightstand (I use my Treo as an alarm clock each morning). That green LED is just TOO bright! I ended up putting a small square of electrical tape over the LED and that solved the problem. It'd be nice to be able to turn off the LED though.
Overall, a very good functioning and looking cradle.
...I highly recommend this, but keep in mind that an A/C adapter will cost extra $.
Dissapointed with longevity

Pros:
Nice to have charger via USB
Cons:
Could not get sync button to work, intermittent connector
I could never get the sync button to do a sync. A sync sound was made but Activesync wouldnt recognize it. After a while the cradle connector wiring inside became intermittent and would not maintain a syncd connection. Too frustrating to have to move my 700wx forward and backward to find the sweet spot. Just ordered the Palm cradle kit to replace this unit.
Great except it won't charge
User: Kingsley Ross, Dec 6, 2006
Pros:
flexible
Cons:
won't charge
This is a really great cradle capable of working with Treo's fitted with skins and other cases. The only negative is it won't charge when the phone is turned on and the screen is lit. The red led and the charging symbol appears on the screen of the Treo but the Treo battery continues to be drained. Seidio's response to a TA inquiry was turn off the phone and screen or buy a special charging accessary that costs an additional $10. I tried it with several USB ports and a USB power booster but nothing else worked to solve the problem. The charging device can be purchased on their site.
