I am buying this case again. The first one got stretched out after multiple removals trying to get access to the Treo reset key in the battery compartment (I am less inclined to give the Treo 5 stars). I have now learned my lesson, drilled a small hole in the battery cover and will cut a small hole in the back of my new skintight so it stays skintight. If you do a lot of beaming, you need to modify the case to uncover the transmitter as well. But other than that, no complaints. I drop my phone at least once a week and the case really absorbs the shock. The holster is durable and grips the phone well and once you get the hang of it you can get the phone in and out easily. Buy it.
no exp card cutout. screen cover keeps popping up.
I just got my case in the mail yesterday. I put in on my phone and it seems to be very nice. seems extremely sturdy and well put together. the only problems that i have with it are that it has no expansion card cutout and that for some reason i cannot get the screen protector to stay put. it keeps wanting to flip up by itself. the top buttons are going to take a bit to get used to and when you have it in its clip you cannot use the entire bottom row of keys.so if you have to type in a password/call/txt or anything else that requires the bottom row you have to take the clip off. i find this to be a slight inconvenience to myself. but i will learn to deal with it.
Good and bad

Pros:
Fits perfectly, looks cool, great grip, adds good protection if dropped.
Cons:
Can't remove the card with the case on, it covers the beam, a little difficult to get in and out of the holster.
Even with all of the negatives, I still like having this case over many others I've seen. Hopefully they will create a nice rubberized case that doesn't cover the beam or card.
Great Protection

This case is great in the field in case you drop it or bump into something. The directional pad is a bit tricky at times, can't get the card out and can't use the beam with the case on. I think a better design on the holster would correct that problem though. Other than that, it is great protection for such an expensive smartphone.
Case good, but stretches

This case started out with a "5" rating. Good protection, nice and slim and tight. Unfortunately, after just removing the Treo from this case a few times to access the card and battery, the case stretched a lot and does not fit well anymore.
