I agree with the previous reviewer about losing your Treo 680. The spring clip is too weak. This allows any sideways movement of your Treo to allow it to fallto the pavement. increasing the size of the sides would alleviate this, (seidio, are you listneing?) Despite this, it is a good case and I am not sure there is a better alternative for my purposes.
Treo falls out

Treo falls out
As another reviewer said, the Treo falls out of this holster way too easily, Ive had my 680 land on the floor just getting in and out of my desk chair. The spring clip is the worst idea ever for this type of holster. Seidio should have stuck with the solid one-piece design they used for the holster for the 650.
Nice finish but you will lose your Treo!

Cons:
Spring clip is easily disengaged while wearing the holster
I am dissapointed and have stopped wearing the holster after several incidents where my Treo ended up on the floor (driveway mostly). The spring clip can be easily disengaged if you brush up against something - I have done this mostly when loading and unloading my car. Not bad for wearing around the office but if you will be picking things up, bending down etc. be very careful.
