Our Customers Say...
"Thank you very much. That is excellent service in a time when customer service is non existent in most companies. I will look forward to doing more business with you in the future"
- Jim, CA
I have an older Treo and have been using one or these cases for about 3 years now. Is it perfect .... no but I can tell you that I have dropped it more times than I care to count and my Treo is still in excellent condition. I work for a large company and we all have Treos. I see my coworkers’ phones and can tell you that this case is a good thing. What could be better? The belt clip is plastic and the stud on the case is metal. If you twist the phone when it is being carried on the clip it will pop out. I solved this by carrying the phone in my pocket. The only other complaint is when talking on the phone itself I have trouble hearing unless I open the front door. (Im old and deaf) There are sharp corners on the face of the phone with the door open and its not the most comfortable way to talk. However, I use a Bluetooth most of the time anyway so thats not a big deal. I guess the best recommendation that I can give is this ... my company is replacing my Treo with a new one and I am getting another case for it also.
Great Case
User: Mike Sarino, Jun 11, 2007
Pros:
Stylish and effective protection.
Cons:
Kinda hard to open until broken in.
This is a great case for general protection or your Treo 755p. Treo installation and removal is easy. I've gotten lots complements for style and innovative design.
Unfortunately...NOT IMPRESSED

I bought this hard case not even 1 month ago, and it has already displayed a marked unreliability and a fatal flaw. The belt clip stud on the case, (which one has to screw on to the case back) is way too small to properly hold the weight of the Treo 755p, thus it sags at a precarious angle to your waist, and quite frequently the weight of the Treo disengages the stud from the belt clip, then PLOP! goes your $650.00 Treo crashing to the ground.
Im actually wishing I could get my money back, since last week once again, the stud let go and my Treo went PLOP! onto the concrete sidewalk as I was getting into my vehicle. Needless to say, the way that it hit the ground caused it to bounce, the hard case opened up, and my Treo hit the concrete with its face fully exposed, sending it into looping resets!! It cost me more than what I paid for the case to have the error condition fixed!
I am NOT AT ALL A HAPPY CAMPER!! I bought this POS to PROTECT my expensive investment, and all its done is SPEED UP ITS DESTRUCTION!!
I would NOT have another one of these @#$&! things again even if it were GIVEN TO ME!! I think that if this company cares at all about customer satisfaction, they would look up my order number, email me for confirmation, send me a return authorization, and refund my money!
Great protection, but

Pros:
Bounce factor is great: no damage
Cons:
Hard to open/respond to text messages
I have had mine over two months and when sitting at home or in the office I take the phone out for access to the keys making the door/front removable would be a great idea.
For people with arthritis in hands this is a terrible choice this includes me, regretfully.
For others, especially those who work in the outdoors or drop things, the protection factor is outstanding.
I can only wonder how the airport security folks will react to it...
