Offers full protection of phone, I like how the belt clip screw can be removed!
Cons:
None noted
I like how the case protects the phone. I like the fact that the belt clip screw head can be removed from the back of the case if the belt clip is not going to be used. This is the 3rd case I've purchased on line, the 1st from this company. This case is by far the best!
Excellent case!!!

More Durable Than A Vaja Case
User: Fred Cubero, Dec 13, 2007
Pros:
Case is strong and ridged. Fits like a glove.
Cons:
Clip screw chews up the plasic clip.
Ok so I bought the smart phone case and loved the way it fit my treo. I dropped my treo and thought it was the end of the world. But to my surprise the it came back up without a scratch. The clip, what a shame they didnt figure that one out. The pivot screw cuts into the plastic clip and chews up the clip. It also makes it hard to slip into the clip. So tossed the smartphone case aside and got a Vaja case. It was the same form fit style. Looked great and the clip was the best one Ive ever seen on the market. So off I went until one day the vaja case snag my jacket and the front of the case broke. Well guess what? The Vaja case has thin plastic under the leather. Spent a small fortune($90) and what a waste and disappointment. I pcked the smartphone case grinded down the sharp edges on the groove on the pivot pin and you got. The best form fit case on the market for 1/3 ($30) of what supposedly was the best. Vaja Cases no more, hello Smartphone Expert cases. The End...
How to make a nice case better
User: NIck Campagna, Jun 12, 2007
Pros:
Nice looks, design, hold, removable belt clip, access to everything
Cons:
sides of case are glued, not stitched & glue does not hold with minimal bumping around.
I purchased this case & loved it - the fit, the look, the accessibility of Tero functions. However, While wearing the phone it bumped against a door while passing thru & the front of the case came off & the phone fell out. I figured it was a fluke, so I returned it for a duplicate of the same case & in less than a week the same thing happened in a different situation but this time the phone crashed to the cement. I can't risk damaging the phone so I will not be getting this case again.
If they would stitch the two sides together instead of just glueing them I would get this case in a heart beat. Otehr than that issue [a big one for me] it was a very nice case.
Broke in 2 Weeks

Pros:
Good Form Fit to Palm Treo
Cons:
Button Clip is Plastic and Weak
I bought this case 2 weeks ago. Last night as I sat down to rock my son to sleep, the phone caught on the armrest of the chair and broke the button clip off of the case. The button is attached to the case with plastic. This could be a really good case if it was re-designed. The form fit is great. They need to add the clip grove to the case, which would only make it slightly wider. As it is, when you want to carry it in a jacket, it is a pain to remove the button (requires a screwdriver). The clip also is made of cheap plastic. Put the clip grove on the case and use good plastic and it would be good. Still looking for a good case.
