"Thank you very much. That is excellent service in a time when customer service is non existent in most companies. I will look forward to doing more business with you in the future"

Color is an attractive dark metallic grey, fits Treo perfectly.
Cons:
belt clip is removable, but latch sticks out a little.
I think this is a great product. I spent an hour digging through many different case options and I think I found the best one. The grey has a great look to it (looks a little darker than in the picture in photo gallery). The case isn't sticky like some of the rubber ones so it's not a pain to dig out of your jeans pocket (on the flip side, it'll slide around on your car dash). Since it's plastic I really wouldn't expect it to survive more than a few drops on a hard surface (concrete), but so long as it saves my Treo and looks good when I'm using it, that's mainly what I care about.
All the buttons are accessible, as well as the stylus and camera. Great product.
This case is fantastic!

I've owned this case for my Treo 650 for close to a year and have had absolutely no problems with it. I've dropped the Treo multiple times on various surfaces (including asphalt and concrete) with the case protecting it and both the smartphone and case have remained intact, functional, and in good condition.
My only negative reaction is that it is more difficult to remove the stylus with this case, but, once I adjusted to that, I found this case to be the best out of many choices for my Treo. Great product.
Case is great, but......

Pros:
Fit and appearance
Cons:
Can not use cradle and difficult to remove stylus
I love this case, it gives a whole new look and feel to my 650. With the formed cut-out around the earpiece, audio is no longer muffled.
Thinking ahead, I ordered the SMARTPHONE EXPERTS retractable cable, which was a good thing since my INSTEN cradle is no longer usable and this case is not an easy on off proposition.
The biggest downside is that getting out the stylus is a real chore. It is now recessed the thickens of the case just enough to make it tough to grab, even with a finger nail. This could be solved with some filing however it is these little things that make a great product simply good.
Not practical for its intended use!

While the case might sound appealing, everything is fine until the first time you drop your Treo. I accidentally dropped mine and a corner chipped and part of it got scratched and you could see the white plastic underneath, which is more visible with a black case like the one I purchased. I'm always on the go, so I've dropped my phone a couple of times but usually end up changing my case because I have not yet found the case that can survive more than one drop...
