"Thank you very much. That is excellent service in a time when customer service is non existent in most companies. I will look forward to doing more business with you in the future"
- Jim, CA
Fits perfectly in the Treo slot. I can see how the other user's complaint may become a problem in the future (the cap coming off when you're trying to get the stylus out) after repeated use, but I personally only use the pen for emergency purposes, and not as a daily pen, so I rarely take the cap off.
Extremely Handy to Have

Pros:
Always have a Pen with You
Cons:
Tips pop off over time, Pens get stuck in phone.
I can't tell you how many times I've said, "Aww man I wish I had a pen. OH! wait!" and busted out my stylus/pen. It takes a little coaxing to get the ink out, but it's incredibly handy.
As previously mentioned, these things fit Snug into the stylus slot. Additionally, after a lot of use, and repetitively taking the cap on and off, the caps lose their fit onto the pen, slip off the stylus, and it's a slight pain to get out of the case. This is kinda annoying, but their usefulness outweighs for a couple months each outweighs this. (and you don't need needle-nose pliers. Just open the battery cover, and then the stylus is right there for you to push out instead of pull).
I liked them so much (used all 3 in about 9 months, with MANY phone drops, collisions and such - snowboarding), I'm buying more right now.
Not a good fit

While they work just fine and havent broken, they dont fit tightly enough. I had my original one for over a year but Im already on my third and final one in the pack in a short time span. They just fall out and Im constantly finding it nearly out and pushing it back in to holder.
nice concept

pens dried up within weeks because when they are in your phone, the ink is kept away from the tip.
Not worth it
User: Fred Squier, Oct 13, 2006
Pros:
None
Cons:
Cap comes off too easily
The concept is a great one, the execution leaves much to be desired. The one thing I like about this stylus is that it fits snugly into the slot on the Treo 650. That is also the problem. When you attempt to remove the stylus the pen cap comes right off and the stylus remains inside the slot. The only way to remove it is with a pair of small needle nose plyers. If the cap screwed on it might make a huge difference. I am returning my purhcase.
