I waited a long time to get a BT headset, and read many reviews before taking the plunge. I'm glad I did, because I am loving the BHB-610. This headset has great sound. No one ever says they can't hear or understand me. And I hear everyone perfectly. Pairing is easy - just remember the passcode for the headset is 0000 - it's buried in the Sony product manual. It intuitively picks up calls when they come in, and hangs up after the call ends. So simple. I don't talk for 3 hours at a time, so I'm not concerned with the weight/size of the headset. I suppose if you talk that much, any headset would get at least somewhat uncomfortable. I would recommend this headset to anyone!

Short battery life
This headset pairs up niceley with the Treo 650. The auto volume adjustment works great. The volume is good even while driving on the freeway. The microphone sound quality is really good and noise cancellation feature works well. It is also very comfortable and is easy to put on with one hand. My only complaint is battery life. I typically have to recharge it ever three days.
