this one works great when its fully charged but performance fades as the charge wears down which dosent take long if you use the phone alot it also takes forever to connect once youve answered the party on the end is always saying "hello hello" by the time the headset engages
All style, not substance

Pros:
Nifty aluminium carry-case, battery-powered pocket charger, excellent quality received sound.
Cons:
Poor transmitted signal for caller, uncomfortable in ear, interchangeable parts fall apart easily.
I was excited when this new bluetooth headset arrived in the mail. It had a shining metal box for all the accessories, complete with small mirror good for positioning the thing in ear or checking teeth for food bits...and the detachable ear hook and three different sizes thoughtful for customization. Ihad read that the unit was probably made for Palm by Plantronics, a well-reputed brand I had heard about. I tried it right away at home and was amazed at how clearly I could hear the calls. That is really where the fun stopped. After a short time I started feeling a pain in the ear from the unit which developed with all three sizes of gel fittings, and developed in either ear I tried. The optional ear hook, which I found necessary for retention an feeling secure, was quite awkward to use due to poor fit on the unit. Interchangeability for the gels and ear hook unfortunately meant that it fell apart easily when dropping or falling out, a problem I had due to poor fit. I was glad I had bought the accessory kit to replace lost gels. More importantly, if there was any background noise at all, most of what I heard from my exasperated callers was, "Im sorry. I cant hear you. Just call back later." Honestly, one of the big selling points for me had been the pocket charger that uses one AA battery and was advertised to extend time between charges to 10 hours of use. I found the reality even better, meaning it seemed like I hardly used the wall charger at the cost of about one battery per week. Even with all the cool design features, I could not tolerate the poor fit and non-existent noise reduction for my callers. I am much happier using the Blueant T8 with my Treo 700p now, purchased at about one-third the cost!
