Sound Quality, Sound Quality, and More Sound Quality
Cons:
Fit and Volume
I tested a number of headsets and had the WEP 200 and Bluespoon AX2 at the same time as the Jawbone for side by side comparisons. The AX2 had the worst voice quality and the best fit. The Jawbone was far and away the winner for sound quality.
I have a very loud car and it is the litmus test for any headset. I tested it at an NHL Hockey game and the other party could understand me OK, but I could barely make out what they were saying. I can use the Jawbone in my car and the other party has no problems hearing me 95 of the time. I can hear without a problem about 90 of the time. With a true earbud that fit in my ear like the Bluespoon or Jabras eargels (see other posts for these solutions), I think the Jawbone would be loud enough, and for the 5 when my car is too loud, Im not sure if anything short of a NASA headset made for shuttle launches would work!
It took me about four weeks to figure out how to get the headset to fit reasonably well, but still not as well as I would like. It is very comfortable, and I am keeping it because it is perfect when I am not in my car, and then pretty good even when I am. I just shaved my head three weeks ago, and since then the fit is really improved. The earloop no longer slips because of my hair, so this was a big part of the problem. Not that Id recommend you shave you head for a headset, but...
This would get a perfect score if it could be louder and fit better. I think a better earbud would solve both of these at once. Wind was a problem for every headset (including every wired headset) I tested, and the Jawbone was no better or worse than any other.
Best In Class, but...

Pros:
Best Noise Cancelling Ive used
Cons:
very succeptable to wind noise, charging challenges
This is the best noise cancelling headset that Ive ever used. It is my primary headset. The battery has it quirks, but will last multiple days, although for any one conversation itll go only for an hour or two. Rest it by shutting it off for a few minutes and its good to go again.
The Jawbone comes with an A/C power adapter, but no other chargine option.
USB charging would be ideal as would some kind of wind shield (I shouldnt be talking on my bike anyway).
Works and sounds GREAT with my 700P
User: Greg Post, Aug 19, 2007
Pros:
Noise reduction, looks, pairing, range
Cons:
Size
This is a great headset. It takes out the external noise as advertised. Pairs well with my 700P. It has a great range. For example, when outside (so bluetooth isnt bouncing off things) it can be on the opposite side of my body and sound great. Fit me almost perfect out of the box. The only negative is that it is fairly large, but I can certainly live with that for the performance it gives.
Best Bluetooth Headset On The Market

Pros:
Sound quality, noise cancellation
Cons:
Fit
I have tried five other bluetooth headsets. This is the only one that works in the car. The noise cancellation is fantastic!
Greatest Bluetooth headset to date

Pros:
Great sound, battery, and noise cancelation
Cons:
Fit
IF you are going to buy a bluetooth headset, buy this one. Dont waste your time or money buying any other headsets.
The only real flaw of this device is the two weeks i spent asking everyone i talked to how well they heard me. Ive had it for a month, and i have been able to sell it to 5 of my friends, after i demo-ed it to them.
Here is a great tip i figured out because of the lack of a snug fit. GO to your local radio shack, and buy the ear bud covers. The ones similar to the ipod headphone covers, the ones that everyone always loses. Well the cover helps the earpiece stay in your ear, as well as close out the tiny gaps or air in your ear, allowing for better hearing for the person wearing the device.
Thing to note for the person that left a bad rating, saying the device doesnt block out the excess noise around you. As the instructions so clearly state, make sure the little white nub is touching your face. Otherwise it will not work right. I tested it, and its true. It works at its best when closely touching your face.
